Fourth Elm Construction Breaks Ground for SES Headquarters Relocation and Expansion

SES is a 66,818 sf pre-engineered metal building structure, that includes a 16,000 sf mezzanine.  The exterior consists of EIFS, architectural metal panels, and extensive store-front and curtain wall systems.  The interior is a combination of upscale office space and operations/warehouse space.  The SES building sits on a 15-acre site.  Fourth Elm served as the design/build contractor, leading the preconstruction design and permitting.

Fourth Elm Construction Builds Deuterman Law Group’s New Office

The Triad Business Journal recently mentioned our work as the General Contractor on the Deuterman Law Group’s new two-story, 23,363 sf office on Lawndale Avenue in Greensboro, NC.  The first floor will consist of attorney offices, conference rooms, and addition client-related space, while the second floor will primarily be made up of staff offices, a balcony, kitchen, and a break room.

Fourth Elm is Underway With a New Storage Facility

We are thrilled that the Triad Business Journal featured our project with the Buddy Lyons and LeoTerra Development.  The article highlights the 80,000 sf, single-level, climate-controlled facility which will be managed by Life Storage.  Buddy Lyons plans to have his first four storage sites complete by spring of 2020.

Fourth Elm Construction Builds Piedmont Federal Savings Bank

The Triad Business Journal featured Fourth Elm Construction’s 3,200 sf project with Piedmont Federal Savings Bank. The new branch is complete, it has opened, and it’s located in a great location in High Point, NC.  The interior features an open concept with ample seating and a conference room that has store-front glass and exposed offices.

Downtown Triad Building

A downtown Triad building, known as the “Odd Fellows Building” is surrounded by new development and will be sold for $1.2 million. It will be renovated into a new space and Fourth Elm Construction is the General Contractor.  The buyers of the building plan to gut the space and renovate it with larger windows and a more open floor plan.

Vogler Funeral Home Is Under Construction By Fourth Elm

Fourth Elm Construction is excited to be the General Contractor for the nation’s largest provider of funeral and cemetery services for the building of a $4.5 million funeral home in the Triad that will eliminate the need for difficult funeral processions. The funeral home will be in Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem, NC.
