The project scope includes a 52,000 sf pre-engineered metal building with a 16,000 sf mezzanine. The exterior facade consists of EIFS, architectural metal panels, and extensive store-front and curtain wall systems. The interior is a combination of up-scale office space and warehouse space. The warehouse located in the back of the space will house their inventory of lights, speakers and stage equipment. The warehouse is also where rehearsals are done for stage assembly and during COVID-19, the live-streaming of concerts. This industrial project also includes electrical, mechanical, a sprinkler system and storage racks. The SES building sits on a large 15-acre site. 

Fourth Elm Construction Breaks Ground for SES Headquarters Relocation and Expansion

SES is a 66,818 sf pre-engineered metal building structure, that includes a 16,000 sf mezzanine.  The exterior consists of EIFS, architectural metal panels, and extensive store-front and curtain wall systems.  The interior is a combination of upscale office space and operations/warehouse space.  The SES building sits on a 15-acre site.  Fourth Elm served as the design/build contractor, leading the preconstruction design and permitting.
