Bourbon Bowl Comes to Greensboro

Excited to announce our work on Bourbon Bowl, a new urban bowling alley in Downtown Greensboro, currently in construction. The Operator/Developer, Paul Talley is renovating a historic, blighted building at 531 and 535 S. Elm Street, into the ultimate, high-end entertainment venue. Fourth Elm Construction Brings Bethany Medical to Kernersville

Bethany Medical Center is finally a part of Kernersville, NC and we couldn’t be prouder to have been the General Contractor on this expansion for them. The center features a primary care, urgent care, pain management and dermatology clinic.  The clinic will provide physical exams and weight loss counseling among many other services. The building is 5,600 sf and it will base three physicians.

Fourth Elm Construction Renovates New Headquarters

Fourth Elm Construction recently moved into the new headquarters they renovated. Previously a prominent Wesleyan church in Kernersville, the building had been long forgotten until Fourth Elm bought it and brought it back to life–preserving many original elements but also adding modern touches like store-front glass offices, a hempcrete wall, sledge hammers as door handles and much more.

Fourth Elm Construction Works on First Reliance Bank in a Prime Triad Location

Fourth Elm Construction has hit the ground running on the renovation of a Carolina-based bank.The renovation is of a stand-alone building on Stratford Rd. in Winston-Salem.
The renovations include the construction of a new conference room, new offices, an updated HVAC system, and new carpet, paint and trim.

Fourth Elm Construction Adds Facility to Capital Subaru

Construction is underway for Capital Subaru of Greensboro on a 31,436 sf facility.  This project includes 19 service bays with 2 specifically dedicated to quick service and washes as well as 3 express lanes.  This construction is with the intention of separating two automotive brands to allow better service for both and to bring both up to industry standards.

Fourth Elm Construction Builds Robinhood Storage in Winston-Salem

The Robinhood Self-Storage facility is a large, three-story, up-scale project that totals 97,000 sf.  The storage units are climate-controlled with mechanical and electrical throughout.  The project is also made up of cast in-place concrete retaining walls, brick, EIFS and glass exterior finishes.  The interior includes an office, bathrooms and a break room.
