Facility Service Director

With over 25 years of professional construction experience, Justin Poe is Fourth Elm Construction’s Facility Service Director.  He is responsible for small renovations, managing project warranties and project maintenance. Beyond his main responsibility, Justin also provides estimates on projects and oversees Fourth Elm’s inventory of tools and job supplies. 

Justin has a passion and drive for quality and producing the best possible product that he can.  This passion coupled with his ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, being well-organized, and his joy for building substantial relationships, makes Justin a true asset to the Fourth Elm Construction team.
