Fourth Elm Construction is proud to partner with First Reliance Bank as the design/build contractor for their first bank branch in Winst0n-Salem, NC. This high-profile location on the Stratford Road corridor will be a premier location for the bank. The project consisted of a renovation of an existing bank branch and the addition of new offices and restrooms.  Fourth Elm Construction updated the HVAC system, added new store-front glass systems for the conference room, added new finishes throughout including carpet, paint and trim, and lastly, a new teller pod inside of the bank.
