Fourth Elm transformed the three-story, 52,000-square-foot office building into a holistic wellness center in High Point, NC. Carolina Core Wellness is a hub for integrative wellness businesses that include healthy retail shops, counselors, acupuncturists and more. The space also feature saunas, co-working spaces, a large area for banquets/seminars, a salt room and float tanks. Storefront glass, new millwork and state-of-the-art finishes are installed throughout the space.
