The Canteen Market and Bistro is a renovation project located in an existing occupied building in downtown Winston-Salem, NC.  The project includes two full kitchens on two separate floors, a full bar, dining area, and retail.  The downtown site offered minimal construction staging area.  In addition, the existing office space was occupied inside the building during construction, which required access to remain available throughout the project.
