Rick is a seasoned manager, with heavy field experience in commercial and residential construction. Rick grew up in a construction family & culture, building estate homes with his family for 20 + years. Rick has been a part of the Fourth Elm team since its inception and has plans on retiring from Fourth Elm one day.
In his role as director, Rick oversees all active projects and supports his field staff with any needs or concerns that may arise during a project’s duration.
Rick also is responsible for field staff training and continued education, making sure that our knowledge base and experience is ever growing.
