With over 25 years of custom building and designing experience, Richard has worked with many notable clients to make their projects a reality. He thrives on producing unique projects that are on schedule and on budget. From building treehouses as a child to commercial construction today, building has been a lifelong passion for Richard.
Richard helps manage the preconstruction services provided by Fourth Elm Construction. Juggling project scope, schedule and budget, he enjoys navigating owners through the preconstruction process and getting their project off to the right start. He works closely with the internal project team, subcontractors, design teams and project owners to ensure smooth transitions from precon to construction and ensure a successful project.
