We are a construction company dedicated and focused on our client construction goals; along the way, we improve the built environment and build meaningful relationships within the communities we serve.
The Fourth Elm Construction team brings a broad level of expertise to a construction project; this experience includes work in the office, industrial, medical, retail, residential/senior living and automotive market sectors. We provide pre-construction/estimating, design-build, and construction management/supervision services.

The name Fourth Elm Construction is a tribute to where the company got its start; it’s a name that recognizes the streets and cities where we started; and also the communities where our employees live and our clients develop and invest.
When we started the construction company, we were fortunate to be awarded significant construction projects along both Fourth Street in Winston-Salem and Elm Street in Greensboro. These projects “launched” our company, giving us the momentum to grow our team with strong relationships in these same Triad communities.
Building on this foundation, we have developed core company values and a purpose that we hold true for all projects, client and subcontractor relationships…from Fourth Street and Elm Street, across North Carolina and the Southeast
