Fourth Elm is partnering with Future Foam, the manufacturer of polyurethane foam used in bedding, furniture and much more to expand their current campus. Construction of the 65,000-SF manufacturing facility features a heavy structural-steel building with metal stud framing, masonry containment areas, raised concrete floors up to 2 feet thick and automated overhead doors for shipping and receiving.
