We could not be more pleased with the entire Fourth Elm team over the last few years. Our first project was the new construction of a 25K square foot office building in Greensboro where they assisted us through the zoning and worked tirelessly through the construction process with the tenants of the building making sure every detail was addressed prior to them moving into the completed state of the art building. The project was delivered on time and under budget. Following this successful project, we reached out to Fourth Elm again a few years later to assist us with the total renovation of an 11k square building in Winston Salem for the same tenants. Once again, they exceeded our expectations transforming an old, outdated office building into a fresh and modern state of the art space for our tenants. Throughout both projects the most comforting thing was knowing that we could pick up the phone and reach out to anyone at Fourth Elm knowing we would get a quick response to any concerns we had. From the superintendents to the project managers and the home office personnel the professionalism that was demonstrated on a consistent basis was exceptional. Most importantly the communication with the entire Fourth Elm team and the follow up after the projects were completed are what really sets them apart from others in my opinion. I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend the Fourth Elm team to anyone with and upcoming project.
