Fourth Elm Construction is building a mixed-use project for Peters Development with four floors dedicated to multi-family space and the first floor reserved for retail. The 32,000-square-foot building will have luxury 1 and 2 bedroom units with wood flooring, balconies and cable railing.

Fourth Elm Opens an Office in Charlotte

With years of success and growth, Fourth Elm Construction opens an office in Charlotte, NC to support current projects and keep the momentum going with future opportunities in the industrial, automotive, storage, medical, office and retail sectors. Located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood at 1121 Hawthorne Lane, the new office is expected to house around 15 employees by the end of 2022.

Storage Doctor Comes To Kernersville

Fourth Elm Construction is working on a new project in Kernersville, NC with PhD Storage! The new project, known as, Storage Doctor is a 92,779 sf climate-controlled, four-story self-storage facility. This project features cast-in-place concrete retaining walls mixed with superior walls on the interior footprint. The facility has brick veneer, EIFS at the parapet and curtain wall/spandrel glass!

Additions to Clemmons Town Center

Fourth Elm Construction is the General Contractor on the new 6,900 sf building consisting of structural steel with an EPDM roof. The exterior will be a mix of 4 different colors of EIFs, as well as CMU and brick to finish the exterior facade. In addition, there will be an aluminum storefront, a mixture of hanger rod and fabric awnings. The site will include a retaining wall with a NCDOT guardrail, light and heavy duty asphalt paving and heavy duty concrete paving.

Big Plans for High Point Retail

Fourth Elm Construction is thrilled to be the General Contractor for a new retail shell in a high-profile location of High Point, NC. At 1913 and 1923 N. Main Street, we will provide demolition of the existing buildings and parking lot prior to constructing a new, 15,309 sf, four tenant retail shell and parking lot. The retail shell features EIFs, masonry and modern awnings.
