Fourth Elm Construction is working on a new project in Kernersville, NC with PhD Storage! The new project, known as, Storage Doctor is a 92,779 sf climate-controlled, four-story self-storage facility. This project features cast-in-place concrete retaining walls mixed with superior walls on the interior footprint. The facility has brick veneer, EIFS at the parapet and curtain wall/spandrel glass!

Fourth Elm Construction has hit the ground running on a new veterinarian clinic in Greensboro, NC! Three tenants will reside in the 6,978 sf building—Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic, All About Eyes (a veterinarian ophthalmologist) and a third, vacant suite shell.

Fourth Elm Construction is the General Contractor on the new 6,900 sf building consisting of structural steel with an EPDM roof. The exterior will be a mix of 4 different colors of EIFs, as well as CMU and brick to finish the exterior facade. In addition, there will be an aluminum storefront, a mixture of hanger rod and fabric awnings. The site will include a retaining wall with a NCDOT guardrail, light and heavy duty asphalt paving and heavy duty concrete paving.
